TV Series, Voodoo Theatre Presents, Announces Louisiana Filming

Dripping Water Productions will begin filming its first five episodes of Voodoo Theatre Presents in Alexandria, LA at the end of July.
“Voodoo Theatre Presents is an anthology television series based on the multiple legends and folklores of Louisiana. Each week, Voodoo Theatre Presents will introduce a story that embraces Louisiana's unique and rich culture, all while providing entertainment for viewers" says Christine Bergeron, creator, writer and producer of the series. Bert Carson serves as executive producer, and will direct the five episodes in Alexandria.
"These legends have been an integral part of Louisiana for hundreds of years and passed on from generation to generation. In addition, Voodoo Theatre Presents will highlight mystical myths and enigmatic traditions filled with Louisiana heritage for all 64 parishes." Filming for Voodoo Theatre Presents will be distributed on the America One Network on Saturday evenings as a lead in to "McCabe Theatre,” one of America One's most popular programs.

Casting callswill be held at the Alexandria Fulton Hotel on Thursday, July 15 from 10am-9pm, and Friday, July 16 from 10am-6pm.Dripping Water Productions is looking for local acting talent, along with hair and makeup artists.
