Chef Gason Yen Nelson is an accomplished personal chef who caters primarily to high profile clients. He is currently the personal chef to Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints as well as several local judges. Because of his discretion and regard for their privacy, he is highly sought after by visiting celebrities who enjoy the private dining experience. In addition to that, his clients have flown him everywhere from the District of Columbia to Alaska in order to experience his food in the comfort of their own homes.
Because his clients often use him for special occasions both intimate and grand, in 2008 he decided to add to his manager/wife Coco’s current role in the company by officially making her his special events planner. With a proven track record of events like the 2004 Essence staff dinner honoring Susan Taylor and the 2005 Bud Light Lounge the idea wasn’t a hard sell. He truly recognized her talent as she transformed an empty room into a memorable Jordan event in honor of New Orleans Hornet Chris Paul during the 2008 NBA All-Star Weekend.
