Dave Matthews Band saxophonist LeRoi Moore passed away after an ATV accident, and the remaining band play him tribute throughout 2009’s "Big Whiskey." Moore is the “GrooGrux King,” and the band scatters references to their beloved brother throughout the album. The album is one of DMB’s most assured performances to date, trading their trademark loose, supple grooves and rhythmic gymnastics for tunes that feature a powerful forward force.
